No, any person of any age can enter the Dash for Cash. All you need to do is enter online and have a go!

An Appointed Handicapper will study the field and previous performances to determine your start time. If no records of your times can be proven it is likely you will begin at the rear of the field.

You will find out your start time when you ‘check in’ at the Registration Desk on race day.

This is to provide the handicapper enough time to ensure start times for runners have been reviewed and checked.

A drink station with water only will be available at approximately the 7km mark. Gels and food will NOT be provided on the run. Water will be also be supplied at the finish line and the race will finish adjacent to local cafe’s.

Yes, BlueChip Timing will time the race and results will be available on the website. Your race bib will have the timing chip included so remember to wear your number!

The course is on a designated path that is also opened to the public.  There is a road crossing on Koombana Drive that will have traffic management in place. The course is all FLAT and predominantly follows the river, estuary and inlet before finishing on the path of the waterfront!

No, there is no cut off time for this event. Volunteers will be throughout the course until all competitors have completed the run.

Parking, PA system, toilets and a coffee van will be available at the start line. At the completion of the race there will be toilets, parking and cafes all located close to the finish area.

Yes a First Aid team will be available at the event.

You can collect this on the morning of the race or the evening before. Details of the pick up the night before will be provided closer to the race.

Registrations will close the Tuesday night prior to the race or when the field reaches its capacity of 250.

No! We don’t want runners being impacted by anything that could disrupt their run or compromise their safety. You can run with Ipods and phones but please ensure you reduce the volume so that you can hear volunteers and first aiders when required.

No, we are an event that environmentally focused.  For every competitor that enters we donate a plant to the Leschenault Catchment Council to revegetate the vulnerable eco-systems and fauna habitat in the region.

Presentations will be close to the finish line immediately after the race. 

Thanks to Bunbury Bus Hire there will be a buses leaving close to the FINISH line and driving you to the start line from approximately 5.30am. The last bus prior to the race heading to the start line will be approximately 6.25am. 

A bus will also run people back to the start line at the completion of the race between 8.30am-9.15am. There will only be limited seats so please don’t leave it until the last minute to turn up!
